It was HOT, HUMID, and CROWDED!!! Very supportive audience which always makes it more fun :)
I have been collaborating with my husband, Andrew, who is a musician with the local band the Lost Nomads. We have been working hard to come up with some different stuff and last night we finally performed together. He played the Hurdy Gurdy and used his drum machine to add a different sound. Lots of fun.

I danced to one of my husbands newest songs ‘Summer” off his CD Suncaravan. (It was so hot, it sure felt like Summer) LOL. I did a mostly improv double Isis Wings dance. I definitely plan to choreograph this one and do a nice music video :)

Live Middle Eastern Music by the Lost Nomads and bellydancing by many local dancers, from students to pros. Lots of open dancing for anyone that wants to get their shimmies out. 8-10 pm. This is a very popular event and to guarantee a good seat, you might want to come early. Lots of great beer and wine and local food trucks.
