She was here teaching Bellyfunk, hip hop fusion it was great! 4 Fabulous tiring hours and then off to a show that night. I did my Isis Wings (MY Favorite!!!) to a mix of Epic sounding songs by Audiomachine. I even did some floor work and laybacks. I had practiced during the week and my legs were so sore. Anyhow, it is all thanks to Jazzercise I even have the core strength to be able to pull it off.
