I had alot of fun dancing this past Saturday night at Neomonde Cafe in North Raleigh during their Spring Festival. The Arabic Ensemble were there playing some outstanding music!!
I will be performing live again with the Lost Nomads at the Festival for the Eno. It is always so much fun despite the hot, humid, summer weather. The mission of the Festival for the Eno River is to raise money and awareness to protect the Eno River and surrounding land, while providing a fun weekend for families and individuals of all ages. There are several stages with music and dance. Lots of craft vendors, food, and don’t forget the swimming hole or going on a nice hike! We will be there Saturday, July 6th, time to be determined.
There is so much going on the next couple of weeks it is almost overwhelming, but in a good way. Live Middle Eastern Music by ‘The Arabic Ensemble’ on Saturday, May 4th from 6-9 pm at Neomonde Cafe’s North Raleigh location on Strickland Road. There will be great music, food, and perhaps a little dancing!
Had an absolute blast dancing under a huge Moon tonight. Great live drumming, African dance, and bellydance too!!
I am so excited for this event this weekend. I really miss performing at the NC Rennaissance faire, where I danced with Colorful Waves Bellydance Troupe. It was always one of my favorite events and I really miss it. The Festival of Legends is a new festival but they need everyone’s support to keep it going. The weather looks to be nice, so check it out this weekend

Final Fridays (Spring – Fall) from 8 – 10pm: Rhythmicity will be playing in front of the Waverly Arts Studio at Waverly Place in Cary at the corner of Kildaire Farm Rd. and Tyron Rd. Drummers, dancers, hoopers, and spinners are welcome to join in! This is a family friendly event. Come enjoy the evening and see some of the new shops and restaurants at the newly renovated shopping center!

I will be performing for my third year at the International Festival of Raleigh, Downtown, at the Convention Center. I will be teaching bellydance on Saturday, Oct 5th, at the Dance and Demo stage: 1:30 and 3 pm. There will be a Shimmy contest and prize awarded!
Another fabulous night of live Middle Eastern music and dance. This time at Troy Mezze Lounge in Downtown Raleigh. We are hoping to make this a bi-monthly event. Lots of fun and great food too!
Had a wonderful time at the Lebanese festival. I much prefer the outdoor venue and it drew a huge crowd. They had wonderful dancing and live music. I was lucky enough to be there with the Lost Nomads and even got up to shimmy a bit.
